On Oct 28 there was a massive face-off between Indian Army and Terrorists along the Line of Control. One militant was killed in the gun battle, according to the Army. An Indian army jawan was also martyred in an encounter with terrorists.
What could have stopped there turned into an ugly affair when the terrorists mutilated the jawan’s body near the Line of Control in Macchil sector of Kupwara district of Kashmir.
As per the Army Spokesperson – “In an encounter close to the Line of Control this evening, one solider was martyred and one terrorist was killed. The terrorists mutilated the body of the jawan before fleeing back into Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir under the cover of firing by Pakistan Army,”
He said the incident reflected the barbarism pervading in official and unofficial organizations in Pakistan.
“The incident will be responded to appropriately,” he added.
After the Uri Attack, the DGMO said very clearly and categorically that the martyrs will be avenged and that there will be a proportional retaliation. PM Modi immediately took to twitter and proclaimed “People behind this will not go unpunished”. He also said that Pakistan should be answered in the language it understands. Even as people of India were busy downplaying the army response and cursing the 56 Inch Seene waala PM, news of the daring Surgical Strike came to public notice.
Indian Army cracked down on the laboratory of terrorists clearly hinting at the prospect of more such strikes if Pakistan doesn’t mend its way.
And if a CNN-IBN report is to be believed, the barbarism that our jawaan was subjected to has been avenged too by Indian Army.

In a massive retaliation by the Indian Army 40 Pakistani soldiers were killed. Maximum number of kills have been reported in the Keran post. Pakistani company operating base Keran was demolished too.
For this daredevil action, Artillery guns were taken by the Indian Army by stealth. Army sources also suggest that Pakistani Firing has reduced considerably in last 3 days.
So in a nutshell after the Uri Attack, India has performed the Surgical Strike killing half a hundred Pakistani soldiers(and Terrorists), neutralized countless terrorists, killed numerous rangers and has now killed 40 Soldiers for the mutilation of 1 Indian Jawan.
And these are just retaliations we are talking about, India hasn’t switched to offensive yet. If India actually starts attacking, the bravery of Pakistani army will be out in the open for the world to see.
One must appreciate Narendra Modi, the 56 Inch Seene waala PM, who walks the talk, the defense Minister who doesn’t believe in restraining the Indian Army but giving them a free hand and of course our Valiant Men in Uniform. The Nation of 1.25 Billion People salutes the Indian Army.
