This title has returned to India after a long gap of 21 years. Sargam Kaushal is a resident of Jammu and Kashmir.

America’s Mrs World 2021 Shaylin Ford crowned India’s Sargam Kaushal at an event.
Mrs. Polynesia was declared as the ‘First Runner-up’ followed by Mrs. Canada as the ‘Second Runner-up’ in this beauty pageant.
Mrs. World is the first beauty pageant competition organised for married women, which was started in 1984.
