Gurugram, Dec 4 (IANS) A man was arrested by the Gurugram police, while trying to clone an ATM card, officials said on Friday.
The accused was identified as Sharfuddin.
The victim Raj Kumar told police that on Thursday he visited an ATM booth on the Mehrauli-Gurugram road near Sukhrali village to withdraw an amount of Rs 500 from his account.
“During that time, a man entered into the ATM kiosk and asked me to insert my card inside the machine and then press cancel button, which I did. Following that, two more men came inside the ATM booth and insisted me to repeat the same after inserting my PIN number, as there is a scheme underway.
